IGOTO Fitness Inc. was created in July 2008. Currently staffing about 60+ Instructors (Fitness & Martial Arts) and offering over 30 programs servicing clients in over 25 cities throughout Ontario. These numbers are expected to grow by 2010/2011. Our objectives are to build youth resilience, reduce child obesity, decrease high school drop outs in priority neighbourhoods, decrease street violence and reduce teen pregnancies. Our goal is to make a life changing, positive difference. We provide an endless array of services and programs for individuals to choose from, and we have venues and studios conveniently located all throughout Toronto/GTA. We desire to build solid relationships with our clients that will remain ongoing.

Martial Arts is a tool that teaches discipline, self control, self respect, patience, respect and honour. It can boost one's self confidence level along with getting them into great shape. We pride ourselves knowing that anyone who takes Martial Arts Training, will better themselves throughout life and throughout the struggles he/she might face. When met with adversity or a problem, we will equip you with the proper skills and training to overcome them. There are many issues out there that affect the lives of young and old, and some of those issues we deal with are the following…Violence, Domestic Abuse, Low Self Esteem, Assault, Bullying, Addictions, Anger Issues, and many more… Our programs enable clients to tackle these issues individually and equip them with the right skills to overcome any future challenges.
